#1- Please read over all the information below before clicking on the button to book your room.

#2- A block of rooms has been reserved for the group for March 09 - 15, 2024. Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the non-refundable/non-transferrable $200 per person deposit is placed. Upgraded room categories are available upon request.
​
#3- Group rates expire on May 18, 2023. Rooms may be booked after this date and will be offered the current availability at the best price available.
​
#4- The wedding couple has requested that you book your reservation through Journeys, Inc to receive the group rate, to be included in the group block, and to attend group functions, the wedding, and all group events.
NOTE: Rates are dependent upon the date of check-in; therefore, your rate may differ from what is on the presented rate charts.
THINGS TO KNOW!
#1- Please enter each person's name and birthdate as it appears on their passport (or will appear).​
​
#2- Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable so we suggest only adding those you KNOW will be traveling. You can often add someone later depending on the room occupancy rules. The room rate will be adjusted to the new per person rate when applicable.
​
#3- Guests sharing a room do have the option to pay separately.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
​
We STRONGLY suggest that you purchase trip insurance. Once your booking is paid in full it is non-refundable from Journeys. Your only option for a refund, should you need to cancel, is via the travel insurance Cash Refund option. The insurance cost will be displayed within the booking process. You will be due a full refund of your trip, minus the cost of insurance and the deposit. The resort won't refund you because of flight delays/cancellations, illness, and other miscellaneous reasons.

** You have 7 days from the date of deposit to add this insurance. The cost of the trip insurance is due at the time of booking your reservation.
** Eligibility: This plan is only available to U.S. residents (except Puerto Rico)
RESERVATION FORM
​
#1: Choose your dates of travel and room category. See options by clicking- Change Room Type.
​
#2: Click the TRANSFER button to add the roundtrip airport transportation included in your total price below. Shared means you could stop at several hotels & you will be with other guests. Private will just be your party and will go directly to the resort. NOTE: You will need to select this transfer type when booking your room. The cost will be broken out separately on the booking engine.
​
#3: In the Special Service Requests block enter the bedding configuration you prefer. (King or two beds). Bedding and special requests are not guaranteed and are at the resort's discretion at check-in.
#4: Once Journeys receives a confirmation of your booking, you will be sent an invoice showing your balance due. All communication about your reservation will come to you by way of an email. It's important to check your email often.
AIRFARE
All guests will purchase their own airfare to Cancun (CUN). We will request your flight details from you when it gets closer to travel, as we want to ensure that we have the most up-to-date schedule. To utilize the transfers provided as part of the package from the airport to your resort, your air schedule must be received by January 09, 2024 otherwise, the transfer will be forfeited.

FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due by October 25, 2023 and is not flexible. If payment in full is not received by this date, a late fee of $25 will be applied to the booking and the booking will automatically cancel with no refund by October 26, 2023. Arrangements can be made for a payment plan between the time of deposit and the final payment date. Please contact your Journeys Reservation Specialist to set this up. Make your payments here.
